We provide exchange policy which is applicable only if informed within 24 hours of delivery. You will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs for the return/exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us with 24 hrs of delivery. The product will be picked from your address. The new product will be dispatched upon receiving of returned product.

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit/debit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.


There is no RETURN/EXCHANGE for on-offer products, we replace only damaged products with the same design.


All our products are checked to be in mint condition before packing. We also ensure to pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit.
But in case of very rare instances if items get damaged during delivery, please contact us here within 24 hours. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post.
